Privacy Policy
Studio Brutael ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, along with which service category you selected. This information is sent directly to our inbox via a transactional email provider (Resend) so we can reply to your inquiry — it is not stored in a database on our end.
For basic security, our login system temporarily records IP addresses associated with failed login attempts, purely to prevent automated password-guessing. These records are not linked to your identity and are not used for any other purpose.
If enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall visitor traffic (e.g. which pages are popular). This service does not use cookies and does not track you individually across sites.
Why we collect it
- To respond to project inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To protect the site's admin area from automated attacks.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site.
Who we share it with
We use the following third-party services to operate this site, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, security, analytics) and Resend (sending contact form emails). We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages live in our email inbox for as long as we choose to keep that correspondence, the same as any email. Rate-limiting records are automatically superseded and hold no long-term history.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make such a request, email us at [email protected].
